Beijing Huanleyuan Culture Club Co, Ltd (hereinafter Huanleyuan Company), established in February 2004, created a dating site named Fun Park which provides online dating service and has an extensive popularity.

However, when we put this dating site’ s name “Huanleyuan dating site” in Baidu which is a very famous search engine in China, it firstly appeared other dating sites “Zhenai.com” and “jiayuan.com” in fact. This kind of situation not only cause people’s misleading, but also infringe the Huanleyuan Company’s right. Furthermore, it breaks normal business activities. Hence, for protecting Huanleyuan’s right, Lawyer Zhanwu Yang and Jingtao Ji were assigned to represent this Company. These two lawyers have instituted a litigation to People’s Court of Haidian District against the dating sites “Zhenai” and “Jiayuan”, as well as Baidu Company.

In June 2012, People’s Court of Haidian District accepted such case and this case is now awaiting a court hearing.
